Our Human Resources Department undertakes to design a training program for our employees after assessing the needs. Based on this and the criteria set by the company, they may be invited, either individually or as part of a team, to participate in education and training on health, safety and environmental issues, as well as a Technical and Skill-Acquisition Training.


We carry out a performance evaluation, not as a competitive tool, but as a useful tool to achieve personal and corporate targets. Through this process, we can recognize the efforts, detect the training needs, resolve any potential problems and set new, clearer targets to our employees. Specifically, the process includes:

  • Reviewing the targets set during the previous performance evaluation.
  • Setting new targets for the next year.
  • Identifying the strengths and the areas where improvement is needed.
  • Exploring the training and development needs.
  • Commenting on the performance overall.
